Once an order ships from our warehouse it is a final sale, because our products are perishable and cannot be reused or resold.
In the unlikely event that an order gets damaged or spoiled during shipping, please send a picture of the damage to email@example.com on arrival day and we will try our best to make it right. Our shipping policy applies, and we are not responsible for errors outside our control.
